There are so many things out there tempting us.  Small tests of faith, strength, and will power. All areas of our life call for choices. So lets make some easy food choices.

I did make slight adjustment and used honey instead of maple syrup. and used Do Terra Clove, ginger,and cinnamon essential oils ( a couple of drops of each) instead of the YEMEN#10. I omitted the cacao powder and salt.

Fresh Start Motivational Monday!

Ok Fresh start : Fell off the path a little this week! Good thing the path is my own, it is always easier to follow someone else's path they have forged BUT what fun would that be!
