So sign up for a Zumba class
                          go swimming
                          learn running technique
                          work out with friends
                          use your imagination!

I like numbers when it comes to fitness, I like to challenge myself to finish each exercise on a list
 ( this is just an example)

Do it at your speed or try and beat the clock! Variation is the spice of LIFE!
